Our approach

Planning and design in construction include all the steps necessary to bring a construction project from the idea to implementation. This process is divided into several phases:

1. Needs analysis and concept development: First, the needs of the construction project are determined and a concept is developed that takes into account the basic requirements of the project (e.g. functionality, budget, time frame).

2. Preliminary design planning: In this phase, initial drafts are created that represent the basic structure and functionality of the building. The technical and aesthetic aspects are roughly outlined.

3. Design planning: The design is made more concrete, taking into account all technical details such as statics, choice of materials and construction method. Architects, engineers and other specialist planners work closely together to find the best solutions.

4. Planning for building permit application: In this phase, the final drafts are created, which must pass all the necessary permits and inspections. These include construction drawings and static calculations.

5. Execution planning: This detailed planning describes the exact execution of the construction. All technical drawings and execution details for the construction work are created here.

6. Construction monitoring and control: During the construction process, execution is monitored to ensure that construction work is carried out according to plans and quality standards are maintained.
